What to write to us about
- A mistake in a guide. Tell us the page and what you saw on your screen. We will check it in the app and fix it.
- A question about Paint 3D. If a guide did not answer it, we would like to know. It may become a new section.
- A privacy request. For example, to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. See our privacy policy.
- A copyright matter. Please follow the steps on our DMCA page so we have what we need.
What we cannot help with
- Microsoft accounts, licenses or other Microsoft products. We are not Microsoft. For those, contact Microsoft Support.
- Remote access to your PC. We will never ask for it. Anyone who claims to be us and asks for it is not us.
A few tips
- Mention your Windows version and the Paint 3D version from Menu, Settings, About. It helps us test the same thing.
- A screenshot helps. Please crop out anything personal first.
- Never send passwords or payment details. We will never ask for them.
We read every message. We cannot promise a reply to each one, but every reported mistake gets checked.
