About this site
Paint 3D Lab is an independent guide site about Microsoft Paint 3D. We are not Microsoft, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Microsoft. Paint 3D, Windows and Microsoft are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies.
Using our guides
Our guides are free to read. You may:
- read, print and share links to any page,
- quote short parts with a link back to the page.
You may not copy whole guides or large parts of them to another website, sell our content, or present it as your own. Our text, our screenshots and our diagrams are protected by copyright. Screenshots show Microsoft software and are used to explain how it works.
The Paint 3D download
The Paint 3D file on our download page is Microsoft's own app package. We serve it unmodified, exactly as Microsoft signed it, with a checksum so you can check that for yourself.
- Microsoft's license applies. Paint 3D is Microsoft software. Your use of it is governed by the Microsoft Software License Terms, which the app links to under Menu, Settings, About. We do not grant you any license to Paint 3D.
- No updates from Microsoft. Microsoft has ended updates for Paint 3D.
- Your choice to install. You decide whether to download and install the file. Check the publisher and checksum as our download page explains.
- We may remove it. We may stop offering the file at any time, including if Microsoft asks us to.
Accuracy
We test our guides in the app and correct mistakes when we find them. Still, Paint 3D and Windows can behave differently on different PCs, and things change. Our guides are for general information. Before you reset, uninstall or change anything important, back up your work. Our guides say where.
No warranty
The site, its guides and the download are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that the site will always be available, free of errors, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Paint 3D Lab is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, following its guides, or installing software linked from it. That includes lost projects, lost data and problems with your PC. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Links to other websites
We link to other websites, such as Microsoft's and those of free software projects. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their software or their privacy practices.
Advertising
The site shows ads through Google AdSense. Ads are chosen and placed by Google, not by us. An ad on this site is not a recommendation from us. How ads use cookies is explained in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the download server,
- scrape or copy the site automatically in a way that harms its performance,
- use the site for anything unlawful.
We may block access from anyone who does.
